Nikki Heald is the Director of Corptraining, an accomplished speaker, corporate trainer, coach, author and businesswoman.

Working with a broad range of organisations since establishing Corptraining, Nikki is known for her particular expertise in the service sector.  She understands the specific needs of her clients, is in touch with relevant industry topics and remains at the forefront of customer service trends and developments.
